At the beginning of this month I had an anaphylactic shock which resulted in me being intubated in ITU. When the emergency responders got to me I was unconscious. Pete gave them my @medical.history.passports and they told him how useful it was. He then passed it onto the resus team when I got to hospital. The consultant that was in charge of my care that night told Pete that that passport helped to save my life and was unbelievably helpful. It has all my known allergies inside as well as diagnosis', current medications, medical devices in situ and emergency contacts (plus more).
Without this Pete or the paramedics would have had to try and relay all of this to the resus staff. It was all there in front of them and saved minutes of trying to list everything in an already highly pressured and time sensitive environment.
I am so glad I purchased this amazing product from Zoe, who is equally as amazing I couldn't recommend the passport highly enough, it's come in useful a couple of times since when I've been unable to communicate. It's helped me feel safe and have some control at the scariest of times where I have the least control. It's so handy having everything in one compact (and aesthetically pleasing) binder. It's put mine and loved ones minds at ease knowing all the important information is all in one place.
